Cheap Renovation: NYC Apt.

Pretty cool apartment renovation for $25k. Two salient points for our own renovation plans:

1. Excellent super dark stain on the oak floors (avoiding the 80s oak look)

2. Great use of Ikea kitchen materials – open metal shelving, cheap butcher block countertops, white cabinets
